The Franchisee wishes to enter into an agreement with the Company to commercialise the System as a sub-licensee and the Company has agreed to grant the rights on the terms of this Agreement.

Where the Franchisee is a corporation, the Company has only agreed to grant the right at the request of the Guarantor who has agreed to guarantee to the Company the performance of all the obligations of the Franchisee under this Agreement.
