28.14 you breach Clause 15.10 Not to Prejudice Interests or Bring the System into Disrepute a fundamental Clause describing the importance of the relationship between the Franchisees and the System.

28.15 you commit a breach of this Agreement not otherwise specified or referred to in this Clause 28

29. PROCEDURES FOR DISCONTINUATION OTHER THAN IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

29.1 If you are in breach under Clause 28 and we therefore contemplate the discontinuation of this Agreement, we must first give you a written notice that;

(a) advised you that you are in breach of Clause 28

(b) sets out what action you must take to remedy the breach;

(c) sets out reasonable time (not more than 30days) within which we require you to remedy the breach; and

(d) advises you that we may discontinue this Agreement if you do not remedy the breach in accordance with the notice .

29.2 If you remedy a breach in accordance with a notice we give under Clause 29 we will not and will not later be entitled to discontinue this Agreement because of that breach.

29.3 If you fail to remedy a breach in accordance with a notice given by us under Clause 29 we will be entitled but not obliged to discontinue this Agreement.
