30. OBLIGATIONS ON DISCONTINUATION AND EXPIRATION

On the expiration or earlier discontinuance of this Agreement the Franchisee shall:

30.1 Settlement of Accounts

pay within one week of the date of discontinuation or expiration of this Agreement all amounts owed to the Company and any related person(s) or companies and the Franchisee's trade and other creditors;

30.2 Cease Name

forthwith cease trading in the Business under the Business Name using the System and the Image;

30.3 Cease Marks

forthwith cease using the Marks and the Confidential Information;

30.4 Return Operations Manuals

forthwith return at no cost to the Company the Operations Manuals, Security Passes, Uniforms, Kits, Stock, Chemicals, Coaching Materials, Programs and/or Tapes whether generated by the Company or Third Parties and all stationery signs and any other documents and or materials bearing the Image and Marks or that the company may request from time to time;
