30.5 Telephone, Fax and Email Transfer

forthwith, at the option of the Company cancel or transfer to the Company any telephone number (including mobile phone number) facsimile number, email description and other published or printed listings identifying the Business with the System, furthermore if the Franchisor incurs an expense in relation to this clause and or the transfer and or payout of a telephone and or telephone plan, then it is agreed that the Company may pass on and or charge this amount to the, then Discontinued or Expired Franchisee.

30.6 Maintenance Service Agreements

assign to the benefit of the Company or its nominee the full rights and entitlement of the Franchisee to any Maintenance Service Agreements then held by the Franchisee and deliver to the Company all keys and other access or security devices provided by Customers;
