30.7 Plant And Equipment

if so required by the Company to sell to the Company such plant and equipment of the Franchisee used in the conduct of the Business as the Company may require. The Company shall, by notice in writing, advise the Franchisee of its exercise of this option within 21 days of the date of discontinuation or expiration of this Agreement and shall propose a purchase price. If the Company and the Franchisee are unable to agree a purchase price for equipment required by the Company, both parties shall accept as binding the written down book value or market value which ever is the lesser to be determined by a valuer chosen by the Chairperson of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (YOUR COUNTRY).

30.8 Right Of Entry

permit the Company and its authorised agents the right to have access to the premises within which the fixtures, plant and equipment of the Business are then located so as to enable the Company to both inspect and, if so required, receive possession of such plant and equipment.

30.9 No Entitlement

you will not be entitled to receive any refund or rebate of the whole or any part of any money you have paid to us pursuant to this Agreement.
